Description

Computes the distribution function of quadratic forms in normal variables using Imhof's method, Davies's algorithm, Farebrother's algorithm or Liu et al.'s algorithm.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install R-cran-CompQuadForm

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/math/R-cran-CompQuadForm/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	R-cran-CompQuadForm>0:math/R-cran-CompQuadForm
