Description

An R interface to the Lawson-Hanson implementation of an algorithm for non-negative least squares (NNLS). Also allows the combination of non-negative and non-positive constraints.

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install math/R-cran-nnls
pkg install R-cran-nnls

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/math/R-cran-nnls/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	R-cran-nnls>0:math/R-cran-nnls

Packages

The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
