Description
bc is an arbitrary precision numeric processing language. Syntax is similar to C but differs in many substantial areas. It supports interactive execution of statements. The bc utility is included in the POSIX 1003.1-2008 standard.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install math/gnubc
pkg install gnubcFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/math/gnubc/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= gnubc>0:math/gnubcPackages
The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
