6c1327fcfc Lucas Holt ai/py-litellm-proxy-extras: update to 0.4.74 (#1268)
Update `ai/py-litellm-proxy-extras` from 0.4.56 to 0.4.74. 0.4.74 is the version pinned by litellm 1.91.4's `proxy` extra (`litellm-proxy-extras==0.4.74`), keeping it in step with #1267 rather than jumping to the newest release on PyPI, which tracks a litellm 1.103 dev build. ### Port changes Upstream moved the build backend from `poetry-core` to `uv_build`, so `BUILD_DEPENDS` switches to `devel/py-uv-build`. As already done in `ai/py-litellm`, a new `files/patch-pyproject.toml` relaxes the exact `uv_build==0.11.8` pin to `>=0.11.8` so the port builds against the version in the tree. ### Validation - `bmake makesum`, `patch`, `build`, `fake`, `package` all succeed (`py312-litellm-proxy-extras-0.4.74.mport`) - `portlint` — 0 fatal errors, 1 pre-existing warning about the hyphen …
