Description
Secret Rabbit Code (aka libsamplerate) is a Sample Rate Converter for audio.
SRC is capable of arbitrary and time varying conversions ; from downsampling by a factor of 12 to upsampling by the same factor. Arbitrary in this case means that the ratio of input and output sample rates can be an irrational number. The conversion ratio can also vary with time for speeding up and slowing down effects.

Lucas Holt | audio/libsamplerate: update to 0.2.2 0.1.9 predates src_clone(), so audio/py-samplerate does not build:
samplerate.cpp:129:14: error: use of undeclared identifier 'src_clone'
Upstream moved to github.com/libsndfile/libsamplerate, switched to cmake and
relicensed from GPLv2 to BSD 2-clause in 0.2.0; the LICENSE change is
confirmed against COPYING in the 0.2.2 tarball. The two local patches were
0.1.9-era and no longer apply, so take FreeBSD's FindSndFile patch instead.
The shared library version stays libsamplerate.so.0, so the 17 dependent
ports need no revision bump.
do-install-EXAMPLES-on uses ${FAKE_DESTDIR}${PREFIX}: option helper targets
run in the main make, where PREFIX is not stage-prefixed and STAGEDIR is
empty.
