cdc7fc3402 Lucas Holt cad/hs-verismith: unbreak with GHC 9.12 (#1668)
cad/hs-verismith 1.1.0 could not build: its GHC dependency was disabled (`xBUILD_DEPENDS` on a non-existent lang/ghc96). **Requires #1665** (synced cabal.mk, `Makefile.cabal`). GHC 9.12.4 from #1662. FreeBSD builds verismith with a separate lang/ghc910 because verismith's bounds exclude GHC 9.12's boot libraries. Instead of adding a second GHC port: - Fetch from Hackage and take FreeBSD's `USE_CABAL` set (`Makefile.cabal`), **minus the GHC boot libraries it vendors** (binary, bytestring, directory, file-io, filepath, os-string, parsec, process, text, unix). Built as local packages they get the same `-inplace` unit ids as GHC 9.12.4's copies; Template Haskell then loads GHC's `libHSdirectory` .so while gitrev was compiled against the local copy → …
