c4f6a77e98 Lucas Holt chinese/fcitx-libpinyin: drop the Qt5 WebEngine dictionary manager (#1980)
## Summary - Remove the `QT5` option (default on for aarch64/amd64/i386) and always configure with `ENABLE_QT=OFF`. The optional dictionary manager needs Qt5 WebEngine, and `www/qt5-webengine` was removed in #1910. - Drop `textproc/fcitx-qt5` from `LIB_DEPENDS`, since only the dictionary manager used it. - Declare `devel/dbus` and `glib20`, which the addon links directly. - Remove the `%%QT5%%` plist line and bump `PORTREVISION` to 3. ## Evidence - `dictmanager/CMakeLists.txt` returns early when `ENABLE_QT` is off. Otherwise it requires `Qt5 ... WebEngineWidgets` and `FcitxQt5WidgetsAddons/DBusAddons`. `browserdialog.ui`/`.cpp` use `QWebEngineView`/`QWebEnginePage`. It has no non-WebEngine fallback. - FreeBSD dropped Qt5 for this port on 2026-09-07 …
