databases/couchdb3: stop linking couchjs against x11/libei (#1852)

On a build host with `x11/libei` installed, `couchjs` and `couch_ejson_compare.so` got `DT_NEEDED libei.so.1`. That is the X11 emulated-input library, not Erlang's `ei`, and couchdb3 does not depend on it. fake-qa reported: ``` Error: /usr/local/libexec/couchdb3/bin/couchjs is linked to /usr/local/lib/libei.so.1 from x11/libei but it is not declared as a dependency ``` **Cause:** rebar's link template is `$LDFLAGS $EXE_LDFLAGS` / `$LDFLAGS $DRV_LDFLAGS`, and both expand `$ERL_LDFLAGS` (`-L$ERL_EI_LIBDIR ... -lei`). The couchjs and BSD ICU envs put `-L/usr/local/lib` in `LDFLAGS`, so `-lei` resolved to `/usr/local/lib/libei.so.1` before Erlang's static `erl_interface/lib/libei.a`. **Fix:** neither binary uses ei. `files/patch-src_couch_rebar.config.script` sets `ERL_LDFLAGS` to `""` …

databases/couchdb3: remove priv/couch_js on deinstall (#1851)

`mport delete couchdb3` left `/usr/local/libexec/couchdb3/lib/couch-3.5.3/priv/couch_js` and its empty parents behind. The plist has `@dir .../priv/couch_js/102` but no entry for `priv/couch_js`. mport records automatic parent directories only for files (`insert_autodir_assets()`), not for `@dir` entries, so nothing owned that directory. This adds `@dir libexec/couchdb3/lib/couch-%%VERSION%%/priv/couch_js` and bumps PORTREVISION to 1.
