Updates the Qt5 framework from 5.15.18 to 5.15.19, the final upstream Qt5 release. ## Why 5.15.19 carries three security fixes: - CVE-2024-38081 (qtbase) - CVE-2025-30348 (qtbase) - CVE-2025-23050 (qtconnectivity) It also refreshes the libraries bundled in qtbase: SQLite to 3.49.1, HarfBuzz to 10.4.0, libpng to 1.6.47, libjpeg-turbo to 3.1.0, and the public suffix list. ## What changed **Framework** (`Mk/extensions/`) — four lines only. `qt.mk` gets `QT5_VERSION` 5.15.18 → 5.15.19; `qt-dist.mk` gets the KDE patch counters `_KDE_base` 109 → 96, `_KDE_connectivity` 1 → 0, `_KDE_declarative` 22 → 23. The counters restart per upstream release, so `_KDE_base` decreasing is expected. `_KDE_connectivity` reaching 0 …
