Updates GOB2 from 2.0.18 to 2.0.20. - Resets PORTREVISION to 0. - Switches the distfile format to the upstream `.tar.xz` release. - Corrects the source-evidenced GPLv2-or-later metadata and adds the license file. - Replaces a plist-token use in `PLIST_FILES` with the equivalent make-time `EXAMPLESDIR` expansion. Validation passed: `bmake makesum`, patch, build, fake, package, test (no upstream test commands), check-license, and `git diff --check`. `portlint -C` has only the intentionally retained generated package as fatal plus pre-existing/general warnings. ## Summary by Sourcery Update the GOB2 port to 2.0.20 with current source packaging, licensing metadata, and example installation paths.
