Dex is a library supporting "Deferred Execution" with the explicit goal of integrating with GNOME and GTK-based applications.

Lucas Holt | devel/libdex: add python build dependency for PyGObject override (#1618) Fixes the Magus build failure

libdex 1.2.0 installs a PyGObject override (`Dex.py`) by default
(`-Dpygobject=true`), and `src/meson.build` uses
`find_installation('python3')` to find Python. The port didn't depend on
Python, so configure only worked on hosts that happened to have
`python3` installed.
Changes:
- `USES+= python:build`
- `BINARY_ALIAS= python3=${PYTHON_CMD}`
- In `pkg-plist`, the hardcoded `lib/python3.12/site-packages` is now
`%%PYTHON_SITELIBDIR%%`
Validation on 4.0.6 amd64, glib 2.90.0:
- clean `bmake package` succeeds; meson log shows `Program python3
found: YES (.../work/.bin/python3)`

- refresh distinfo
- add headers newly installed by 1.2.0
- retain LGPL-2.1-or-later metadata and PORTREVISION=0
Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (no tests
defined), check-license, git diff --check. Portlint reports only
generated work/package artifact fatals and existing warnings.

- Refresh the MidnightBSD libatomic patch for the upstream Meson layout
and restrict the probe to Linux.
- Track new public headers, GDBus codegen helper, and Python GI
override.
- Correct the license metadata to LGPL-2.1-or-later, evidenced by source
SPDX headers.
Validated: makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test target (upstream
defines no tests), check-license, portlint -C, and git diff --check.
SONAME remains libdex-1.so.1.
