Libsigc++ -- The Typesafe Callback Framework for C++
This library implements a full callback system for use in widget libraries, abstract interfaces, and general programming.
To get a good overview of how to use the library, read /usr/local/share/doc/libsigc++/signals.

Lucas Holt | devel/libsigc++30: update to 3.8.1 (#995) Updates libsigc++30 from 3.6.0 to 3.8.1.
- Removes the stale PORTREVISION for the release bump.
- Uses the current upstream release source.
- Corrects the license declaration to LGPL-3.0-or-later (`lgpl3+`).
Validated: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (42/42),
check-license, portlint -C (0 fatal), and git diff --check.
