Updates Ruby GIO2 to 4.3.7, matching its exact gobject-introspection 4.3.7 dependency. Validation with the full staged Ruby 3.3 dependency chain (no host installs): - bmake -DNO_DEPENDS makesum patch build fake package test - bmake check-license - git diff --check portlint source checks have no port-content fatal; its two fatals are retained work/ and the generated local package artifact. ## Summary by Sourcery Update the Ruby GIO2 port to the 4.3.7 release. Enhancements: - Update the Ruby GIO2 port to version 4.3.7 and align its package metadata with the matching GObject Introspection dependency.
