8003ad783e Lucas Holt devel/rubygem-opentelemetry-instrumentation-excon: add build dependencies (#1545)
Fix Magus run 648 port ID 2265072. Make the existing runtime gem dependencies available during fake-stage QA. Validation: target patch, build, fake, and package completed with NO_DEPENDS=yes because this host lacks ruby33-gems package metadata; git diff --check passed and portlint has no fatal errors. Analyzer assessment: partially supported because it identified the missing gem but not the build-phase dependency declaration. ## Summary by Sourcery Declare the OpenTelemetry base instrumentation gem as a build dependency so the port's dependency is available during packaging validation. Bug Fixes: - Make the existing OpenTelemetry Excon runtime dependency available during the build and fake-stage QA phases. Build: - Add the runtime gem dependency to the port's build dependencies. …
