Lucas Holt | devel/rust-bindgen-cli: update to 0.72.1 Sync with FreeBSD. bindgen >=0.71 emits 'unsafe extern' blocks, required
by rust 1.94 (edition 2024) when generating FFI bindings; the previous
0.69.1 emitted bare 'extern "C"' which newer rustc rejects. Needed to
build www/ungoogled-chromium and other rust-bindgen consumers.
