Lucas Holt | dns/py-ldns: track current extension ABI (#1517) Fix Magus run 648 failure for port ID 2265486. Strip and package the
generated _ldns.so.3.9.0 extension instead of the obsolete 3.6.0
filename. Validation: patch, build, fake, and package completed; git
diff --check passed. Portlint findings are pre-existing slave-port
structure errors.
## Summary by Sourcery
Bug Fixes:
- Track the current Python ldns extension ABI so the generated shared
object is stripped and packaged correctly.
