This package provides the core library and editorconfig(1) executable both written in C for use by text editor plugins supporting EditorConfig parsing.

Since #1985, py-editorconfig no longer installs `bin/editorconfig`, so the two ports don't share any files. - Remove `CONFLICTS_INSTALL= py*-editorconfig`. - PORTREVISION 0 → 1.
