Lucas Holt | filesystems/R-cran-fs: link bundled libuv completely Wrap the bundled libuv archive in --whole-archive so the FreeBSD/MidnightBSD mmsg wrapper objects are pulled into fs.so. This fixes the run 641 load failure from an unresolved uv__recvmmsg symbol.
