800ef7cfb7 Lucas Holt filesystems/libmodi: fix staging of the Python bindings
configure computes pyexecdir with distutils, which Python 3.12 no longer ships. The lookup returns nothing, pyexecdir collapses to ${prefix}, and libtool aborts with "cannot install '\''py*.la'\'' to a directory not ending in /usr/local/". --with-pythondir does not help; it only sets pythondir. Depend on py-setuptools, which provides the distutils shim, so the bindings land in site-packages again.
