Description
libheif is an ISO/IEC 23008-12:2017 HEIF file format decoder and encoder.
HEIF is a new image file format employing HEVC (h.265) image coding for the best compression ratios currently possible.
libheif makes use of libde265 for the actual image decoding and x265 for encoding. Alternative codecs for, e.g., AVC and JPEG can be provided as plugins.

Lucas Holt | graphics/libheif: update to 1.22.2 (#1120) Updates libheif from 1.21.2 to 1.22.2.
- Retains MidnightBSD's libx264 dependency: upstream 1.22.2 still
enables the x264 AVC encoder by default, and the configured build
reports it as built-in.
- Removes the SVT-AV1 compatibility patch now incorporated upstream.
- Adds the two newly installed public headers to pkg-plist.
- The library SONAME remains libheif.so.1, so no dependent revision bump
is required.
Validation:
- bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package
- bmake test: 14/14 CTest entries completed without failures (documented
skips for disabled optional codecs)
- bmake check-license
- portlint -C (0 fatal errors; existing NLS and maintainer-mode
advisories)

to libopenh264.so.8, so every port that links against it must be rebuilt.
Bump PORTREVISION on the direct consumers.

149.0.7827.200 in the same batch and is already built against the new
