japanese/qolibri: switch to Qt6 (update to 2.1.4-65) (#1906)

## Summary www/qt5-webengine is being removed. This moves japanese/qolibri from Qt5 to Qt6 WebEngine so it no longer depends on it. The 2.1.4 release only supports Qt 5, so this follows FreeBSD and updates to the upstream snapshot 2.1.4-65 (b29f1668). Its CMake build prefers Qt 6. ## Changes - `DISTVERSION` 2.1.4 → 2.1.4-65 (`GH_TAGNAME=b29f1668…`), dropped `PORTREVISION`. The package version goes from 2.1.4_1 to 2.1.4.65. - `USES=cmake compiler:c++17-lang gl qt:6`, `USE_GL=opengl` - `USE_QT=5compat base declarative multimedia positioning webchannel webengine tools:build` - `CMAKE_ARGS=-DQOLIBRI_USE_SYSTEM_EB=true` (links the system japanese/eb) - `PLIST_FILES` now includes the upstream `share/applications/qolibri.desktop` - Added `LICENSE_FILE=${WRKSRC}/License.txt` …
