Lucas Holt | misc/gnome-user-docs: roll back to 50.5 (#1619) Rolls `misc/gnome-user-docs` back from 51.0 to **50.5** (latest 50.x).
Parts of GNOME 51 can't be updated yet because they depend on systemd,
which BSD systems lack, so the user docs should stay on the 50.x series.
This also fixes the Magus failure
https://www.midnightbsd.org/magus/ports/2267726 (run 648, amd64, 4.1).
The 51.0 meson build requires `yelp-check` to configure, but it was only
listed as a test dependency:

Changes:
- `PORTVERSION=50.5` with `PORTEPOCH=1`, so the downgrade supersedes the
installed 51.0 package
- 50.x still uses autotools, so this brings back the 50.4 recipe (`gmake
pathfix`, `GNU_CONFIGURE`) and drops the meson-only `TEST_DEPENDS`
- `PORTSCOUT=limit:^50\.`

Lucas Holt | misc/gnome-user-docs: update to 51.0 (#1379) Update GNOME User Documentation to 51.0 and switch to Meson. Refresh
distinfo and staged documentation plist entries. Build, package,
check-license, portlint, and diff checks pass. Upstream test suite is
not passing in this environment because the installed xmllint lacks
Schematron support; 6 tests pass and 374 fail for that tooling
limitation.

documentation manifest, and corrects the inherited doubled-version GNOME
fetch URL.
Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test,
check-license, portlint -C, and git diff --check.
