Install

Binary package:

openh264 2.6.0 changed its shared library version from libopenh264.so.6 to libopenh264.so.8, so every port that links against it must be rebuilt. Bump PORTREVISION on the direct consumers. www/ungoogled-chromium is not listed because it was updated to 149.0.7827.200 in the same batch and is already built against the new library.
