Update print/cups from 2.4.16 to 2.4.20. Picks up the 2.4.17 through 2.4.20 releases with many security fixes (CVE-2026-55467 fax number sanitization, IPP attribute name validation, scheduler use-after-free, several buffer overrun fixes in raster drivers) and bug fixes. License unchanged (Apache-2.0).
