Lucas Holt | security/pecl-mcrypt: fix the build against PHP 8.4 and later 1.0.7 still includes ext/standard/php_rand.h, which PHP 8.4 removed:
mcrypt.c:41:10: fatal error: 'ext/standard/php_rand.h' file not found
Import FreeBSD's patch, which selects ext/random/php_random.h from 8.4 on.
The hunk is guarded by PHP_VERSION_ID >= 80400, so php82 and php83 are
unaffected.

Lucas Holt | security/pecl-mcrypt: update to 1.0.7 1.0.4 does not build against PHP 8.4 or 8.5. Track the version FreeBSD ships.
The IGNORE_WITH_PHP=71 line and the RETURN_FALSE/RETURN_TRUE post-patch are no
longer needed: the lowest PHP in the tree is 8.2 and upstream fixed the missing
semicolons.
