Rebuild the twelve affected classes from checksummed matching sources, preserving upstream module descriptors and multi-release JAR entries. The port now supplies BSD libc bindings and its process-limit sandbox, enforces case-sensitive file entitlements, and uses system zstd. Remove the obsolete global JNA replacement that conflicts with plugin-bundled JNA. Keep the ML module's Java dependencies while disabling its native engine. Require Java 21 for compilation, restrict the verified ABI bindings to amd64, correct the archive's license metadata to Elastic License 2.0, and bump PORTREVISION.
