9cbd99430c Lucas Holt kf6: update KDE Frameworks to 6.30.0 (#1459)
Updates `Mk/extensions/kde.mk` and all 71 kf6 ports from 6.21.0 to 6.30.0. KDE Plasma and KDE Gear are deliberately left at their current versions (6.5.4 and 25.12.0) — those are separate updates. The `kde.mk` resync pulled their version bumps in too; they've been reverted here so tiers 2 and 3 stay consistent with their ports' distinfos. Independent of the pending qt6 6.11.2 PR: KF6 6.30 requires Qt ≥ 6.9.0, which master's 6.10.1 already satisfies. ## Framework `kde.mk` resynced from FreeBSD, keeping the mports-local `LICENSE?= lgpl`, `${MPORTEXTENSIONS}` include path, and omitted MAINTAINER line. All 350 `kde-<component>_PORT`/`_LIB` mappings were diffed against the previous `kde.mk` and are **unchanged**. Three would otherwise have been silently repointed by the resync: …
