Description
Libxslt is the XSLT C library developed for the GNOME project. XSLT itself is a an XML language to define transformation for XML. Libxslt is based on libxml2, the XML C library developed for the GNOME project. It also implements most of the EXSLT set of processor-portable extensions functions and some of Saxon's evaluate and expressions extensions.
People can either embed the library in their application or use xsltproc the command line processing tool.

Lucas Holt | textproc/libxslt: update to 1.1.45 (#889) Updates libxslt to 1.1.45 from the FreeBSD ports reference.
Validation: makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (751 passed),
portlint -C, and git diff --check.
## Summary by Sourcery
Update the libxslt port to 1.1.45 with refreshed options, packaging
metadata, and test integration.
Enhancements:
- Update libxslt to version 1.1.45 and align its packaging with the
current upstream port configuration.
- Add optional dynamically loaded plugin support and enable the upstream
test suite during port validation.

- Enable libxslt's Perl-based test target for package validation.

Lucas Holt | *: bump PORTREVISION for the textproc/libxml2 2.15 shared library change (#848) `textproc/libxml2` 2.15 changed SONAME from `libxml2.so.2` to
`libxml2.so.16` **and** removed ELF symbol versioning entirely — the new
library defines no `LIBXML2_*` versions at all. Consumers built against
the old library were never rebuilt, so they still record a dependency on
`libxml2.so.2` plus version requirements nothing can satisfy, and fail
at load time:
