www/gitlab: use yarn-node22 instead of yarn-node20 (#1902)

## Summary Move www/gitlab from www/yarn-node20 to www/yarn-node22. Node.js 20 reached end of life on 2026-04-30, and gitlab is one of the four ports keeping www/node20 in the tree (see #1878). ## Why 22 and not 24 - GitLab 18.8.2 pins `nodejs 22.12.0` in its `.tool-versions`. `package.json` only requires `node >=12.22.1`. - The port already has a comment saying GitLab doesn't work with Node.js 24, so I kept the commented-out `yarn${NODEJS_SUFFIX}` line for a later upgrade and updated the comment to explain why. - FreeBSD uses the default Node (24) for gitlab, but its port is at GitLab 19.5.0. ## Changes - `www/gitlab/Makefile`: `yarn-node20>=1.10.0:www/yarn-node20` is now `yarn-node22>=1.10.0:www/yarn-node22`, and the comment is updated. …
