Description

Mozilla::CA provides a copy of Mozilla's bundle of Certificate Authority certificates in a form that can be consumed by modules and libraries based on OpenSSL.

Update p5-Mozilla-CA from 20250602 to 20261020. **Security:** fixes CVE-2026-113812 (CWE-295). The bundled `Mozilla/CA/cacert.pem` still contained emSign ECC Root CA - G3, which gives a trust path for intermediates whose private keys are publicly available. This is the same incident behind the NSS 3.131.1 changes in #1828 and #1829. **Bundle contents:** - 20261020 drops G3. - The 20260813 bundle in between adds the SECOM 2024, Telia v3, OISTE, SwissSign, TrustAsia and e-Szigno TLS roots. - emSign Root CA - C1 and emSign ECC Root CA - C3 are still in upstream's 20261020 bundle, although NSS 3.131.1 removes them. Upstream builds the bundle from Mozilla's repository, not NSS; this PR does not add a local patch for them. …
