02b55338c3 Lucas Holt www/rubygem-action_text-trix81: add 2.1.19 to complete Rails 8.1 stack (#2239)
Add the missing Rails 8.1 component and its coordinated dependency declarations. This completes the patched Rails 8.1.4.1 stack alongside the already merged component updates. Validation: checksum against upstream RubyGems metadata, patch, build, fake (including QA), package, generated packing-list review, and portlint (zero fatal errors). The six core gem hashes also match the release announcement. An isolated application using the staged gems passed boot, an HTTP request, SQLite create/read, mail delivery, and an inline job. Full upstream suites were not available in the release gems. No host gems or services were changed. Merge the companion new Rails 8.1 stack ports together; dependencies may reference those companion PRs. …
