Lucas Holt | www/rubygem-kaminari-activerecord-rails-gitlab: fix license file path (#1530) Fix Magus run 648 port ID 2271314. The gem ships MIT-LICENSE with
uppercase characters; retain the MidnightBSD mit license identifier and
correct the case-sensitive file path. Validation: check-license, patch,
target build, fake, and package completed; git diff --check and portlint
passed without fatal errors. Full dependency installation is locally
blocked by missing ruby33-gems package metadata. Analyzer assessment:
supported.

Lucas Holt | www/rubygem-kaminari-activerecord-rails-gitlab: install RUN_DEPENDS at build time The gemdeps QA check runs ${LOCALBASE}/bin/gem list, so the runtime gems have
to be installed before fake-qa. The build cluster installs BUILD_DEPENDS but
not RUN_DEPENDS, so the check reported dependencies as unsatisfied even though
they had built successfully in the same run. This matches the convention
already used by most rubygem ports.
