Lucas Holt | Add GitLab-flavored Sawyer port (#1567) Import FreeBSD's Sawyer GitLab flavor at 0.9.3 so GitLab Octokit can use
the matching Faraday dependency. No FreeBSD 14-specific requirements
were found.
The consumer change is in #1562, which is merged and points
`net/rubygem-octokit-gitlab` at this GitLab-flavored Sawyer port.
Validation: `bmake check-license`; `bmake makesum`; clean `bmake package
NO_DEPENDS=yes`; `portlint -C www/rubygem-sawyer-gitlab` (warnings
only); `git diff --check`.
