Description

eChat is a LAN chat program designed for easy chat and messages exchange over the TCP/IP networks

compatible with Vypress Chat and quickChat for Win32

Install

Binary package:

pkg install echat

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/net-im/echat/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	echat>0:net-im/echat

Message after installing

Please put /usr/local/etc/echatrc.sample in the right place.
  eChat will search in ~/.echatrc. Then edit it as you want.
