Description

Docsis is a small program that can be used to generate binary configuration files for DOCSIS-compliant cable modems. DOCSIS stands for Data over Cable Service Interface Specification and is a standard developed by Cablelabs.

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install net-mgmt/docsis
pkg install docsis

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/net-mgmt/docsis/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	docsis>0:net-mgmt/docsis
