Description
Net::Dict is a perl class for looking up words and their definitions on network dictionary servers. Net::Dict provides a simple DICT client API for the network protocol described in RFC2229.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install net/p5-Net-Dict
pkg install p5-Net-DictFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/net/p5-Net-Dict/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= p5-Net-Dict>0:net/p5-Net-DictPackages
The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
