Description
Net::Syslog implements the intra-host syslog forwarding protocol. It is not intended to replace the Sys::Syslog or Unix::Syslog modules, but instead to provide a method of using syslog when a local syslogd is unavailable or when you don't want to write syslog messages to the local syslog.

Install
Binary package:
pkg install p5-Net-SyslogFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/net/p5-Net-Syslog/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= p5-Net-Syslog>0:net/p5-Net-SyslogPackages
The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
