Description

rabbitmqadmin is a command-line tool for managing RabbitMQ via its HTTP API. It allows administrators to declare, list, and delete RabbitMQ objects such as queues, exchanges, bindings, users, virtual hosts, and more.

This is version 2 of rabbitmqadmin, a complete rewrite of the original Python tool. It provides a modern CLI interface with improved validation, better error handling, and is distributed as a standalone binary rather than as part of the RabbitMQ management plugin.

Key features include:

  • Managing virtual hosts, queues, exchanges, bindings, and users
  • Purging queues and publishing/retrieving messages
  • Working with policies, shovels, and federation
  • Exporting and importing definitions
  • Health checks and monitoring
  • Support for TOML-based configuration files

Install

Binary package:

pkg install rabbitmqadmin

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/net/rabbitmqadmin/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	rabbitmqadmin>0:net/rabbitmqadmin

Packages

The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.

75eedff52c Dave Cottlehuber net/rabbitmqadmin: Update from 0.29.0 to 2.35.0
Major version bump with breaking CLI changes since 0.29.0: - multi-word flags are now `--snake-case` - `definitions export -` is replaced by --stdout - `--tls-ca-cert-file` trusts only the given CA - drop both aws-lc-sys powerpc patches, merged upstream in 0.44.0 - adds forward compatibility with RabbitMQ 4.4.0 Changelog: https://github.com/rabbitmq/rabbitmqadmin-ng/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md Changelog: https://github.com/rabbitmq/rabbitmqadmin-ng/releases/tag/v2.35.0 Differential Revision: https://reviews.freebsd.org/D60403 Reported by: portscout Sponsored by: SkunkWerks, GmbH
396c159306 Alan Somers */*: Fix many Rust ports to run without COMPAT11
RISCV does not include COMPAT11 by default. But Rust's libc bound the compat-11 symbols until version 0.2.176. Patch a great many Rust ports to use a newer version of libc, to eliminate the dependency on COMPAT11. Explicitly patching Cargo.lock isn't usually necessarily, since within the build jail cargo is forced to use whichever crates Makefile.crates installs there. Notes on specific ports: * textproc/bookokrat: Rework bookokrat's existing patch to be more robust. Also, report the issue upstream: https://github.com/bugzmanov/bookokrat/issues/182 * security/sequoia-chameleon-gnupg security/sequoia-sq "cargo update -p libc" insisted on updating some other crates, too. * devel/cargo-generate finance/tickrs net-im/gurk-rs net-p2p/oura textproc/mdbook-linkcheck www/lychee …
