Description
turnd is Minimal NAT traversal and UDP relay server for FreeBSD, built with a custom protocol inspired by STUN (RFC 8489) / TURN (RFC 8656) standards.
turnd is a lightweight UDP server for FreeBSD that provides basic NAT traversal and peer-to-peer datagram relaying. It uses a compact custom protocol inspired by STUN and TURN: clients can obtain their observed IP address and port, and the server can forward UDP packets to a peer. The server listens on UDP port 1213 and supports IPv4 and IPv6.
To enable and start the service:
sysrc turnd_enable="YES" service turnd start
Version history 1
Upstream's version as each commit to the port's Makefile set it, or as this site first saw it in the system's packages; the tree's own revisions are not versions here.
Install
Binary package:
pkg install turnd
From the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/net/turnd/ && make install clean
To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= turnd>0:net/turnd
Packages
The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
