Description

The if_vether(4) interface simulates a normal Ethernet interface by encapsulating standard network frames with an Ethernet header, specifically for use as a member of if_bridge(4).

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install net/vether-kmod
pkg install vether-kmod

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/net/vether-kmod/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	vether-kmod>0:net/vether-kmod

Packages

The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
