Install

Binary package:

pkgin install cross-arm-none-eabi-gdb

From pkgsrc:

cd /usr/pkgsrc/cross/arm-none-eabi-gdb && make install clean

This is the same issues as in PR 59701, but for gdb instead of gcc.
