Description

Mongo (from "humongous") is a high-performance, open source, schema-free, document-oriented database. It features: document data model with dynamic schemas; full, flexible index support and rich queries; auto-Sharding for horizontal scalability; built-in replication for high availability; text search; advanced security; aggregation Framework and MapReduce; large media storage with GridFS.

Install

Binary package:

pkgin install mongodb

From pkgsrc:

cd /usr/pkgsrc/databases/mongodb4 && make install clean

databases/mongodb4: Fix type error objected to by gcc12 (NetBSD 11)

Resolves building under NetBSD 11. Patch from Paul Ripke, who is running it with unifi. Unifi starts for me with on NetBSD 11 (with no previous db).
