Description
Libretro is a simple but powerful development interface that allows for the easy creation of emulators, games and multimedia applications that can plug straight into any libretro-compatible frontend. This development interface is open to others so that they can run these pluggable emulator and game cores also in their own programs or devices.
Parallel N64 is an optimized/rewritten Nintendo 64 emulator made specifically for Libretro. It was originally based on Mupen64 Plus.
Install
Binary package:
pkgin install libretro-parallel-n64From pkgsrc:
cd /usr/pkgsrc/emulators/libretro-parallel-n64 && make install cleanPackages
The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
