Description
jbig2dec is a decoder for the JBIG2 image compression format. JBIG2 is designed for lossy and lossless encoding of monochrome images at moderately high resolutions. For scanned paper documents, compression ratios on the order of 100:1 are often seen.

Install
Binary package:
