Description

Some basic linear algebra functionality for sparse matrices is provided: including Cholesky decomposition and backsolving as well as standard R subsetting and Kronecker products.

Install

Binary package:

pkgin install R-SparseM

From pkgsrc:

cd /usr/pkgsrc/math/R-SparseM && make install clean
