Description
pim6dd is an IPv6 multicast routing daemon, which supports PIMv2 (Protocol Independent Multicast Version 2) dense mode for IPv6. It also implements MLDv[12] and thus can function as a first or last-hop router. In many of these respects it is somewhat similar to mrouted(8).
