Description

Cut-and-run is a C program that splits a text file into chunks and feeds them to parallel processes using OpenMP threads to read each segment of the file in parallel.

Install

From pkgsrc-wip (no binary package):

cd /usr/pkgsrc/wip/cut-and-run && make install clean
