Monoid transformers: State, Reader

There is no Writer transformer. It's vice versa: The Writer monad transforms a monoid to a monad.

Install

From pkgsrc-wip (no binary package):

cd /usr/pkgsrc/wip/hs-monoid-transformer && make install clean
