The NCBI sequence databases and software tools are designed around a particular model of biological sequence data. This package contains various libraries and include files of NCBI, which can be used by programs like blast, clustalx.

Install

From pkgsrc-wip (no binary package):

cd /usr/pkgsrc/wip/ncbi-lib && make install clean
