python-otr is a pure Python OTR implementation; it does not bind to libotr. According to the developers it is experimental and potentially insecure, you should not rely on it.

Install

From pkgsrc-wip (no binary package):

cd /usr/pkgsrc/wip/py-potr && make install clean
